With powerful vacuum system we can work safely from the ground and achieve better results than cleaning by hand. The vacuum system will pick up all dust which can be difficult to scoop by hand. It's also powerfull enough to clear out downpipes and pull significant size weeds grown into guttering!
We also use ladders where necessary, mostly to carry out repairs and / or inspections.
All repairs are carried out with new replacement parts - NO SILICONE USED!
As a guide, below are typical costs:
Gutter Clear out only:
- Terraced & Semi (front and back guttering only) - £70
- Semi / End Terraced with 3 lengths of guttering (front-side-rear) - £80
- Detached - £80 - £140
Additional chages apply where there's a
- Garage
- Conservatory
- Dormer windows with guttering
- Extensions with guttering / porch
- If Gutter Guards are installed
Sofit and Fascia / uPVC Clean
- Typically same as the cost of clear out, for example terraced house with 2 lengths of guttering will cost £70 for clear out plus £70 for soffit and fascia clean = £140 total
- Conservatory roof cleans are charged extra
